Our Project Management Methodology, called ProjectScore, is based on the principles of the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge (PMI’s PMBoK), exploits the method and components of PRINCE2 as defined by the UK Government’s Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA), and is complemented by a set of best practices that Microelectronic has mastered in many years of successful solution delivery engagements. Our Project Management processes are documented in the Microelectronic ISO 9001:2015 Procedures Manual.
